fun is gone

after playing the game for almost a year, tap4fun , is destroying the game with their lack of direction ,vision and respect for players of the game.

the game is pleagued with recurrent bugs.( for example: every time one of your captured village is empty of ressources you are tossed from the game and have to login in again)

servers crashes are also a problem that tap4fun can t seem to put an end to.
and when the y don t crash gameplay is slow.

as for customer service well needless to say it s even slower.
last time i contacted the, for a problem it took them 4 days just to reply they would look into the matter, just as long to solve it.

tap4 fun can t keep their promises either.

they had a chance to redeem themselves with a tournement to determine the best player amongst all of the servers. well that didn t last long. they forgot to say that you could by gems to improve your troops and complete upgrades sooner. so they can t find the best player, only the one with most money to spend on the game.

i have nothing against making money, that s their livelyhood. but that s unthinkable in a tournement where every player was told they would fight on a even ground. it cost them 100 gems to enter the tournement, 100 gems wasted on false pretenses.

if they don t straighten up their act i don t recommend you even start the game.
be better off playing a game not created by tap4 fun. or as we call them. tap4gems. = $$$$$
